SOBHA Palm Court amenities are already developed, opened and in daily use. This sets the project different from new launches which offer facilities at a later phase. The brochure includes 17 amenities, 12 outdoor and 5 inside, divided over a G+1 clubhouse and grounds that cover around 83% of the area. On this page we describe what each zone has to offer, where it falls in the layout and who tends to use it the most.
The clubhouse is Block 3 in the master plan and is located on the main gate on Kogilu Main Road. The SOBHA Palm Court clubhouse houses a multi-purpose hall for parties and festivities, gymnasium, spa, pool table and table tennis. The building is located at the front of the property, ensuring that residents are at their building within minutes of exiting their lobby and guests attending an event never have to walk past the residential buildings.
The multipurpose hall is ideal for birthday parties, festival celebrations and association meetings while the indoor games area is a space for teenagers and adults to unwind on weekday evenings. Maintenance is straightforward with everything in one place and expenditures are shared among all 294 homes.
Wellness has a portion of the clubhouse of its own. The SOBHA Palm Court gym and spa allow residents to work out and recover without leaving the neighborhood, which is important in a city where commutes take away leisure time. Outside, the health offering is rounded out with an outdoor fitness area, a reflexology track and a green promenade, enabling early-morning walkers and nocturnal joggers a safe, traffic-free route around the complex.
The pool ensemble here is a major appeal for families looking for apartments with swimming pool in Yelahanka. The clubhouse has a main swimming pool, a separate kids’ pool, a swimming pool deck and an attached party deck. Parents may keep an eye on their smaller kids in the kids’ pool while the bigger kids swim laps, and the party deck provides residents a nice site for nighttime get-togethers at the water.
There are a lot of sporting grounds. A few addresses offer a gated community with tennis court North Bangalore for daily use by residents, and a cricket ground within the gates. The tennis court is situated next to the clubhouse, while the cricket pitch is located at the further end of the site, away from the entrance, to avoid disturbing the arrival zone with cricket matches and practice sessions.
If you are on the lookout for kids play area apartments in Yelahanka, you will find a children’s play area near the clubhouse as well as an activity courtyard for group games. The resident cars are parked on two basement levels, allowing the youngsters to move from the play area to the pools and the lawns without crossing a driveway. Between the two towers is a large green space, the Central Plaza, which is a shared space where families gather in the evenings.

The landscape itself is an amenity in addition to the headlining facilities. The Palm Plaza welcomes newcomers at the gate, the Plaza Pavilion and garden pavilions provide shade and sitting, and the Event Plaza and Exhibition Square cater to major community activities. Almost 17% of the ground is covered, giving occupants much more open space per home than other towers around them.
The cricket pitch and event plaza are in the back of the land, with the tranquil Central Plaza sandwiched between the towers. The divide permits each section of the town to stay separate during the day. Central Plaza is usually busiest at night.
Many of the new projects contain facilities for which the buyers pay years after possession, if at all. Here each facility can be tested and rated before buying. Visitors can see the condition of the pool, gym equipment and landscaping, and can ask homeowners how the owners’ association operates the clubhouse. Most of the guessing is taken out of the decision by the visibility. Our team may also provide information on how the association manages rental of the clubhouse for private gatherings and festivities.
The facilities are used differently by each renter. For working people, it is either early morning or late evening to hit the gym and then go for a swim. Parents schedule their weekend around the kids’ pool, play area and lawns in the Central Plaza. The indoor activities and cricket pitch attract teenagers, while the senior citizens like the reflexology trail, the promenade and shady pavilions. All in a guarded campus, less journeys across the city for enjoyment and more time spent at home.
